We should all set aside 5 minutes a day to lock ourselves in a room, free of distractions, and force ourselves to laugh, cry or dance. Can't find a room? A closet will suffice. I'm totally serious.

It's been proven that napping improves your mood, is a performance booster and increases alertness, improves memory and your ability to learn, lessens stress levels, is a heart-healthy activity and also benefits hormonal maintenance and cell repair, boosts your creativity ...
